Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to initiate a return for an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return package. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Sale items, personalized items

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5 business days).

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if applicable and charged separately) may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
